Cost Justification

Model TBC2A (Non Lees Recovery)

The following scenario is intended only as a base example and does not take into account the myriad of possibilities in barrel utilization.

Your Current System (labor only)

If you use two people to wash barrels.

If you pay your people $9.50 per hour.

If you provide a $3.50 hr. benefit package.

If it takes your people 5 minutes to wash a barrel.

Then it cost you $2.00 to wash a barrel.

Therefore, if you have 4,000 barrels you pay $8,000.00 to wash them once.

TBC2A Washing Machine (labor only)

You will use one person to wash barrels.

If you pay your people $9.50 per hour.

If you provide a $3.50 hr. benefit package.

If it takes 2.5 minutes to wash two barrels(1 pallet = 2 barrels).

Then it will cost you $.25 to wash each barrel.

Therefore, if you have 4000 barrels you pay $1,000.00 to wash them once.

Conclusion: Existing system ($8,000.00)-TBC2 ($1,000.00) = $7,000.00 savings or a $1.75 savings for each barrel washed (labor only).
