| The TBC4 is available in three configurations. The TBC4A Non-Lees Recovery, and the TBC4B equipped with Lees-Recovery and the TBC4C equipped with an automatic conveyor feed system. All of the machines are high pressure/low volume automated systems designed to work in conjunction with the "Western Square" or similar four barrel pallet. The TBC2 and the TBC4 series are the culmination of 18 years experience designing and building quality cleaning systems for the wine industry. |

| The barrels are then rotated to align the bung hole with the index | ||

| The Index allows for precise alignment with the spay head when it is raised into the barrel. After indexing, the barrels are moved into the wash position. | ||

| The wash cycle last approximately 2-3 minutes. The barrels are removed and stored. The machine is ready for another four barrels. | ||
